Two-business-day standard production. Nationwide parcel and freight shipping. Carrier transit time is additional.
Production schedules.
New-order cutoff & approval.
New-order cutoff: 2:00 PM Eastern. Submit new orders before this time. To count toward that business day, artwork approval, payment and our order acceptance must also be complete before cutoff. At or after cutoff, timing moves to the next business day. Weekends and scheduled closures do not count.
We check your artwork, material availability and the production schedule before accepting an order. Production begins after the files are approved and payment requirements are met. The confirmed ship date is provided before acceptance.
Rush availability and ship date are confirmed before the order is accepted. We review artwork, materials and production capacity. Requesting rush does not reserve a slot. Submit rush requests before the same new-order cutoff; exceptions require separate confirmation.
If artwork needs correction, timing is recalculated from approval of the corrected file. Rush availability is checked again after a file change.
We contact you immediately if a production issue affects the confirmed ship date.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS →Shipping quotes & transit time.
Shipping is calculated or quoted separately. Provide the delivery ZIP, required date and any delivery restrictions. The quote uses the packed dimensions, weight and selected service.
UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, expedited parcel and freight are available according to the shipment. Transit begins when the carrier receives the package. Delivery estimates vary by destination and service; weather and carrier delays can affect arrival. Signs All Day does not guarantee carrier performance.
Tracking is sent when the carrier has the shipment. Freight, oversize and multi-carton shipments are quoted individually.
Parcel size limits.
UPS Ground and FedEx Ground accept packages within all three limits:
- Weight: up to 150 lb.
- Longest side: up to 108 inches.
- Length plus girth: up to 165 inches. Girth is twice the width plus twice the height.
Measurements include packaging. A 48-inch sign can ship by parcel when the packed shipment fits these limits. Oversize and additional-handling charges may apply.
Intact rigid 48 × 96 panels exceed parcel limits and require freight, a suitable courier or arranged delivery.
Shipping under your brand.
Direct-to-customer orders use your business name and approved return address on the shipping label, with your packing slip inside. Signs All Day branding, contact information and pricing are omitted from the packaging and enclosed paperwork.
Required carrier and regulatory markings remain. Shipment-specific disclosure requirements and branding arrangements for freight or specialty shipments are confirmed before dispatch.
CUSTOMER PROTECTION →Local pickup.
Pickup is arranged after inspection, counting and packing. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notice and collection details before traveling. There is no walk-in retail counter.
Payment terms.
Standard print and cut: payment in full at order acceptance, before production.
Quoted fabrication: 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipping or pickup. Special materials can require a larger deposit, stated in the quote.
Credit terms: considered for established accounts only, with prior written approval.
