For qualified B2B and commercial project buyers: every project RFQ receives a human response by the next business morning. We confirm receipt, ask for anything still missing and tell you if the review needs more time. Complex-project quotations can take up to 3 business days after the drawings, quantities and specifications needed to price the work are received.

By the next business morning: a person confirms that we have the RFQ, identifies anything still needed and tells you if additional review time is required. Complex quotes can take up to 3 business days after complete scope is received. Prelaunch: project requests and quotations are open now for planning; a quote does not reserve production capacity until ordering opens. Any quote issued before opening states its validity period, opening conditions and any payment or deposit terms before acceptance.

Configured rigid products use the published calculator and production-service rules. Straightforward RFQs are answered as soon as scope is complete.

PROJECT / COMPLEX WORKUp to 3 business days after complete scope

ADA packages, wayfinding programs, fabrication and drawing/specification-heavy projects may require up to 3 business days to complete. You still receive the next-business-morning acknowledgment so you know the request is in hand and whether anything else is needed.

An automatic receipt confirms delivery. It does not count as the human response.

Custom and specialty work is not forced into a generic next-day promise. The quote identifies the scope and the production date before the project is accepted.
