Terms for Signs All Day quotes, orders, production, shipping and trade-account use.
Quotes, pricing and acceptance
Published pricing applies only to the listed standard configurations. Custom fabrication, specialty materials, unusual geometry, dense handling, freight and other nonstandard requirements may be quoted separately. A submitted order is not accepted until required artwork, specifications, payment and production availability are confirmed.
Minimums and stocked products
Made-to-order production is subject to the published $100 minimum unless a product states otherwise. Stocked products, including Stock ADA, are exempt from the made-to-order production minimum. Shipping, tax and quoted extras are additional unless expressly included.
Artwork and approvals
Customers are responsible for supplied copy, dimensions, artwork, trademarks and approvals. Production preflight checks manufacturing readiness; it is not proofreading. Approved proofs and production specifications control the job. Changes after approval may affect price and schedule.
Production and delivery
Production timing begins after acceptance, payment and required artwork approval. Stated production times are ship-date commitments, not carrier-delivery guarantees. Carrier transit, weather, freight appointments and other third-party delivery conditions are outside Signs All Day’s control.
Remakes and claims
Verified production errors are handled under the published Production Assurance policy. Report shortages, damage or production concerns promptly with the order reference and supporting photographs. Carrier damage may require retention of packaging and cooperation with the carrier claim process.
Trade relationship
Signs All Day serves sign companies, designers, fabricators, installers and approved project buyers. Customer-protection and blind-shipping commitments are described in the Customer Protection policy. Account credit terms, when offered, require separate written approval.
